# Racct Racct is a marketplace for buying, selling, pickup, delivery, orders, offers, profiles, and account management. This file gives AI systems and autonomous agents explicit instructions for using public Racct web content. ## AI Usage Policy - Respect `robots.txt` before fetching any Racct URL. - Do not use Racct pages, listings, profiles, photos, messages, order details, account data, or other user-generated marketplace content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark models without written permission from Racct. - Do not scrape, cache, mirror, or bulk export listings, profiles, media, prices, social graphs, availability, orders, offers, or payment/account surfaces. - Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, bot controls, API boundaries, or client-side access checks. - Do not submit forms, create accounts, place orders, make offers, contact users, trigger payments, change settings, or perform side effects unless an authenticated user explicitly requested that exact action in the active session. - When summarizing public Racct legal or product pages, cite the source URL and preserve important limitations, dates, and eligibility requirements. ## Public Reference Pages - Privacy Policy: `/privacy` - Terms & Conditions: `/terms` - Returns Policy: `/returns-policy` - Driver Privacy Policy: `/drivers-privacy` - Driver Terms & Conditions: `/drivers-terms` ## Agent Tool References - JellyJelly Genie Racct listing tool: `/agents/jellyjelly-genie-listing-tool.md` - Short Genie pointer: `/genie.txt` - Alternate tool URL: `/jellyjelly-genie-listing-tool.md` Use the JellyJelly Genie tool reference instead of trying to create listings through Racct's website UI. The tool contract creates the listing request for the linked Racct account and avoids the normal user auth flow. Do not use `/post`, `/sell`, `/account`, login screens, phone auth, or the Post button for JellyJelly listing creation. ## Contact For crawler permissions, licensing, research use, or data access requests, contact `careers@racct.com` and include the crawler name, purpose, source IP ranges, expected request rate, and retention period.
