These Racct Driver Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Racct platform as a driver, courier, or helper (collectively, "Driver"). By providing pickup, delivery, storage, or related logistical services through Racct you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to all policies, guidelines, and agreements incorporated by reference. Violation of these Terms may result in suspension, financial penalties, or permanent removal from the Racct platform.
Drivers must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in their service area, and capable of passing identity verification and background screening. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain an up-to-date profile photo, and immediately notify Racct of any changes to your driving status, criminal history, or insurance coverage. You authorize Racct to conduct periodic background checks and compliance reviews at our discretion.
You will treat all customers, teammates, and Racct staff respectfully, comply with local laws, and follow Racct safety guidelines. You must use your real identity during pickups and deliveries, avoid discriminatory or harassing behavior, and operate any vehicle in a safe, insured, and lawful manner. Racct may require proof of insurance, driving history, or vehicle condition at any time.
You agree to safeguard every item entrusted to you from pickup through delivery. Items must remain sealed when provided, handled carefully, and stored securely. Any damage, tampering, or unauthorized use of customer property is strictly prohibited. Racct maintains a zero-tolerance policy for theft or misappropriation: stolen items, intentional damage, or attempts to conceal missing inventory will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of earnings, reimbursement obligations, and potential civil or criminal penalties. You must report any accidents, losses, or incidents to Racct Support within one hour.
You will keep customers informed regarding pickup windows, arrival times, and delivery confirmations using in-app messaging or approved Racct communication channels. You agree not to exchange services or payments outside the platform, solicit tips aggressively, or share personal contact information beyond what Racct requires for job completion.
Racct displays estimated earnings for each task. You acknowledge that final payouts may adjust based on verified mileage, wait times, or issue resolutions. Racct may deduct service fees, equipment charges, or penalties for policy violations (including restitution for lost or stolen items). You are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes and maintaining accurate financial records. Chargebacks or disputes attributable to your actions may be debited from future payouts.
Drivers must provide and maintain their own vehicles, smartphones, and connectivity needed to complete assignments. You are responsible for keeping the Racct app updated, enabling necessary location and notification permissions, and complying with data security best practices. Sharing your account or device access with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
You agree to cooperate with any Racct investigation, audit, insurance inquiry, or law enforcement request related to your services. This includes supplying delivery confirmations, location details, or statements as needed. Failure to respond promptly may result in payment holds or account suspension.
Racct may suspend or terminate your driver account at any time for policy violations, safety concerns, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. We will provide notice when feasible, and you may submit written appeals with supporting documentation within 14 days. Racct reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility for reinstatement.
Racct may modify these Terms periodically. Continued access to the platform or acceptance of new assignments after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through in-app messaging, email, or your driver dashboard. If you do not agree with any update you must cease using the platform immediately and contact Racct Support regarding final payouts.
By continuing to complete deliveries through Racct you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to these Driver Terms & Conditions.
