Racct Driver Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Purpose

This Racct Driver Privacy Policy explains how Racct, Inc. ("Racct," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information about individuals who provide pickup, delivery, and support services through the Racct platform ("Drivers"). This policy supplements the Racct Privacy Policy and should be read together with the Driver Terms & Conditions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal details that you provide during onboarding such as your name, address, contact details, date of birth, driver’s license, insurance information, tax documentation, and profile photo. We also gather background check results, training records, and compliance documentation. When you use the app we collect device identifiers, app usage logs, crash reports, and precise location data to verify pickups, monitor route progress, and detect fraud.

3. Operational Data

During each assignment we store pickup and delivery timestamps, route histories, mileage estimates, customer feedback, chat transcripts, and photographic confirmations. We maintain records of incidents, claims, lost property investigations, and stolen item reviews to ensure platform safety and to enforce penalties where appropriate.

4. How We Use Driver Information

Racct uses driver information to validate identity, authenticate logins, assign jobs, optimize routing, coordinate with customers, and calculate payouts. We also use this information for safety monitoring, compliance with insurance obligations, customer support, and to investigate complaints or suspected misconduct, including stolen item claims or delivery disputes.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We may share limited driver information with customers (such as first name, profile photo, and arrival estimates) so they can recognize you at pickup. We also share information with third-party service providers who perform background checks, payment processing, identity verification, insurance services, cloud storage, analytics, or emergency support. Racct may disclose driver data to law enforcement or regulators when legally required or when necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud, or pursue penalties for stolen or damaged property.

6. Data Retention & Security

Racct retains driver data for as long as necessary to manage your account, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Sensitive files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorized personnel. We monitor for suspicious account activity and may suspend access during investigations into fraud, stolen items, or safety risks.

7. Your Choices & Responsibilities

You may update contact information, payout preferences, and certain profile details directly in the app. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information can be submitted to Racct Support, subject to legal requirements. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, ensuring your device is secure, and notifying Racct immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

8. International Transfers

If you perform services in a country different from where your data was collected, Racct may transfer information across borders. We implement appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections, to comply with applicable data protection laws.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may modify this Driver Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform practices. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notices or email. Continued use of the Racct platform after updates indicates your acknowledgment of the revised policy.

10. Contact Us

If you have questions about this policy, data privacy rights, or an investigation into lost or stolen items, contact Racct Support through the in-app help center or email privacy@racct.com. We respond to verified driver requests as quickly as possible.

By continuing to accept Racct assignments you acknowledge this Driver Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described above.
